Just Courage

Gary Haugen, the founder of International Justice Mission (IJM), a Christ-based ?group that fights injustice around the world, has penned a stirring call to Christians, to join the glorious adventure of battling injustice.

He gives numerous examples – a family in India working as slaves in a brick mill, a widow in Africa who has her land stolen and cannot feed her kids, a teenage girl in Cambodia who is forced to be a prostitute in Thailand.

He combines real-world examples with the biblical case for justice.  He has a winsome call to courage and hope and action.

There are 27 million slaves around the world today, along with many other cases of injustices.  It will be hard to read this book and remain unmoved and apathetic.
